On 21 September in Jammu, Bjp leader Arvind Gupta along with a team of CoRover(a Bangalore based technology startup) met Railway Minister Pyush Goyal and urged him to introduce AskDisha in all the states including J&k.
In October 2018 Railway Minister Pyush Goyal introduced AskDisha and since then monthly 40,00,000 train passengers ask questions in AskDisha to seek help regarding cancellation of ticket, refunds, etc. AskDisha provides an instant reply without human. CoRover is providing advanced ChatBot solutions and Digital Assistants powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. CoRover has already integrated AskDisha with IRCTC. AskDisha has helped more than 50 million passengers to date.
AskDisha chatbot will be a single-window for every train passenger’s information, the team CoRover is now extending AskDisha to create a new “Digital Passenger Information Assistant” using which passengers will be able to access complete train status, refund status, ticket cancellation, ticket booking, and live tracking. In the conference with Railway Minister, CoRover CEO Ankush Sabharwal, Chief Operating Officer Manav Gandotra along with Chief Technology Officer Prabhu Stavarmath proposed superior AskDisha integration into every one of Indian Railway solutions producing AskDisha one particular stop window for most passenger information system.
