On Wednesday, Google announced “Launch-pad Accelerator India” programme from 14 October with a line-up of 10 fresh start-ups.
In a statement Google mentioned “these startups are going to get access to mentorship offered by Google teams and industry professionals, free assistance, Cloud credits and more”.
The startups are going to undergo an intense one-week mentorship Bootcamp, implemented by mentorship sessions for 3 month period. Among the startups, Agricx, is helping more than 450 million stakeholders for example farmers, food processing firms, etc. to standardize, digitize and enable finding of agricultural create by using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Ambee is a hyper-local platform, providing accurate and real-time air quality information and intelligence at giving street-level granularity and on a global scale.
Artivatic capabilities insurance, finance, and health care companies with processes, solutions, and intelligent systems using data analytics, ML, and AI.
While CureSkin utilizes image recognition strategies to determine skin problems, Intello Labs is an AI-based post-harvest commodity quality evaluation mobile app.
Majority of the startups are Jiny, world’s very first assistive UI wedge for businesses; Nayan which will help identify improving road and traffic violations safety through AI; app-based credit series Nira; PerSapien that is an unit that could neutralize contamination from ambient atmosphere; as well as SustLabs — a solution which reads and decodes real-time energy usage in a home by using smart meter data.
