About The Position:

At the heart of our real estate technology ecosystem lies our products and the data that fuels them. With numerous products and business functions, our backend processes a vast amount of data ranging from transactions to geospatial events. AI and Machine Learning power a significant portion of our technology, driving solutions for broker bans, pricing, image processing, geospatial intelligence, speech recognition, and natural language processing.

As a Senior ML Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next-generation data intelligence for the largest C2C real estate platform in the country. Collaborating with Data Scientists, you will research, develop, test, and release ML models and heuristic algorithms fueled by data. Working closely with Product Managers and stakeholders, you will tackle business problems with data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of ML Engineers to solve business problems using data-centric solutions.
• Formulate business and technical problems in terms of Machine Learning.
• Contribute to the research and development of models across various domains such as speech, images, and text.
• Fine-tune LoRa models and create RAGs for LLMs in colloquial languages.
• Build consumer and enterprise-scale applications for speech and language models.
• Participate in the validation, monitoring, maintenance, deployment, and upgrading of existing ML models and heuristic algorithms in production.
• Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from experimentation and analysis to modeling and productionizing workloads.
• Plan, develop, and execute team projects related to research and development.

Requirements:

• Strong quantitative aptitude and technical knowledge in Applied AI and LLMs.
• Excellent programming skills.
• Thorough knowledge of theoretical and applied ML, including LLMs.
• Track record of academic excellence or relevant experience in ML with exposure to consumer-scale ML applications.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, define requirements, and implement technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to guide and mentor a team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Creative, collaborative, design-thinking, and product-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, execute tasks efficiently, explore innovative ideas independently, and align with the core values of NoBroker.com.
