Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee reports, dashboards, and applications to meet the diverse business needs of the company.
• Define, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to management teams.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to derive actionable insights from data.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish business objectives.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across relevant stakeholders.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, such as regression and random sampling, and develop statistical models to address complex business challenges.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years.

• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and numerical capabilities (including data interpretation and proficiency with numbers), coupled with structured thinking.
• Willingness to engage hands-on in operational tasks.
• Proficiency in data manipulation languages like Python, R, or SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic modeling techniques such as regression, CART, and time series analysis is advantageous.
