Job Position:

AVP / Director / GM / AGM – Product Management (Software Product / AI Health Product as SaaS) – Global Digital Health | AI Health Startup

Job Description, Role, and Responsibility:

1. Leadership Role: Take on a leadership role as AVP / Director / GM / AGM- Product Management for software and AI health products as SaaS at our Global Delhi HQ, India.
2. Experience Required: Hands-on experience in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets, both in India and globally, in product management, clinical application materials for various cancers and chronic diseases, product marketing material development, product presentations, pre-sales, product launches, and pitch presentations to specialty doctors in hospitals within the digital health and healthcare industry.
3. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Mandatory requirement to be an entrepreneur and have experience working in reputable health tech or healthcare organizations, particularly in early-stage or growth-stage digital health or health startups.
4. Direct Performer: Must be a direct performer, high achiever, and go-getter with limited resources. Should possess strong medical product and solutions management capabilities, including product launching, product education, and training to a broad customer base, both B2B and B2C, in oncology, diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic disease areas.
5. Qualifications:
   • Minimum qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc / MS / B.Pharma / B.Tech from reputed institutes with a background in physical science, life science, or technology.
   • Optional: MBA in Product Management (Software Product / Service / Solutions).
6. Experience Required:
   • At least 4 – 13 years of hardcore working experience directly representing a healthcare technology product organization.
   • Experience dealing with cutting-edge innovative healthcare technology, digital health, and AI health.
   • Strong medical product and solutions management capabilities, including product launching, education, and training for a large customer base.

Delhi NCR, India (Global HQ, Global Technology Development Center & Global R and D and AI Health Innovation Center, Delhi NCR, India)
