Job Title: Cloud Architect (DevOps)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to enhance our systems for improved customer experience. Responsibilities include overseeing app release and deployments, optimizing app performance (including database management), identifying production issues and vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR while optimizing infrastructure costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage automated server monitoring setup and ensure high availability (HA) adherence for 99.95% uptime.
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline management.
• Configure and manage data sources (MySQL, Mongo, Elasticsearch, Kafka) in collaboration with DBAs, ensuring efficient processes.
• Define and implement development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.
• Review and resolve service requests, infrastructure incidents, and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure security and compliance of production environments, taking ownership of related tasks.
• Identify optimal cloud architecture solutions to meet company needs.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to deploy and operate various systems, automating company operations and processes.
• Develop interface simulators and automate module deployments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance app performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or information technology.
• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Cloud Architect or similar role.
• Expertise in managing Linux-based cloud microservices infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., MySQL) and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, and Apache.
• Proficiency in build automation (e.g., Maven, NPM, Ant) and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Knowledge of API gateways, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python), and code quality tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and data encryption.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience: 8+ years in Cloud Ops architecture or a similar role.
