Job Description:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Extract and analyze data from company databases to enhance product development, marketing strategies, and overall business performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and collection methods.
  • Develop customized data models and algorithms to analyze and interpret data sets effectively.
  • Utilize predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, targeted advertising, and other key business objectives.
  • Establish and implement a comprehensive A/B testing framework to assess model quality.
  • Coordinate with various functional teams to integrate models and monitor performance outcomes.
  • Create processes and tools for ongoing monitoring and analysis of model performance and data accuracy.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on product development.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL) for data manipulation and insights extraction from large data sets.
  • Familiarity with data architectures and their implementation.
  • Knowledge of various machine learning techniques (clustering, decision trees, neural networks) and their practical applications.
  • Understanding of advanced statistical concepts (regression, distribution properties, hypothesis testing) and their relevance in real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Experience with real-time and batch deployment methods.
  • Familiarity with MLOps pipeline and tools like GIT, DVC, S3, Airflow, and Kubernetes.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
