Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Extract and analyze data from company databases to enhance product development, marketing strategies, and overall business performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and collection methods.
- Develop customized data models and algorithms to analyze and interpret data sets effectively.
- Utilize predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, targeted advertising, and other key business objectives.
- Establish and implement a comprehensive A/B testing framework to assess model quality.
- Coordinate with various functional teams to integrate models and monitor performance outcomes.
- Create processes and tools for ongoing monitoring and analysis of model performance and data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on product development.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL) for data manipulation and insights extraction from large data sets.
- Familiarity with data architectures and their implementation.
- Knowledge of various machine learning techniques (clustering, decision trees, neural networks) and their practical applications.
- Understanding of advanced statistical concepts (regression, distribution properties, hypothesis testing) and their relevance in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience with real-time and batch deployment methods.
- Familiarity with MLOps pipeline and tools like GIT, DVC, S3, Airflow, and Kubernetes.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
