Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Extract and analyze data from company databases to enhance product development, refine marketing strategies, and optimize business tactics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and collection methods.
- Design customized data models and algorithms to be applied to various data sets.
- Utilize predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences, boost revenue generation, optimize ad targeting, and achieve other business objectives.
- Establish and execute company A/B testing frameworks, ensuring the quality of models tested.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and track their outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools for monitoring and analyzing model performance and data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in manipulating data sets and constructing statistical models.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development.
- Proficiency in using statistical computer languages such as R, Python, and SQL to analyze data and derive insights from large data sets.
- Familiarity with creating and working with data architectures.
- Knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their real-world applications.
- Understanding of advanced statistical concepts and techniques, including regression analysis and statistical testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Familiarity with real-time and batch deployment methods.
- Experience with MLOps pipeline and tools like GIT, DVC, S3 Airflow, and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and master new technologies and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
