Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Extract and analyze data from company databases to enhance product development, refine marketing strategies, and optimize business tactics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and collection methods.
  • Design customized data models and algorithms to be applied to various data sets.
  • Utilize predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences, boost revenue generation, optimize ad targeting, and achieve other business objectives.
  • Establish and execute company A/B testing frameworks, ensuring the quality of models tested.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and track their outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools for monitoring and analyzing model performance and data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in manipulating data sets and constructing statistical models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development.
  • Proficiency in using statistical computer languages such as R, Python, and SQL to analyze data and derive insights from large data sets.
  • Familiarity with creating and working with data architectures.
  • Knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their real-world applications.
  • Understanding of advanced statistical concepts and techniques, including regression analysis and statistical testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with real-time and batch deployment methods.
  • Experience with MLOps pipeline and tools like GIT, DVC, S3 Airflow, and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and master new technologies and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
