We are currently seeking an experienced Linux and Cloud Administrator to oversee the maintenance of our production server infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of our applications.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the software engineering team to deploy and manage systems effectively. Implement automation solutions using tools like Ansible, Terraform, etc., to streamline operations and processes. Develop and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and system operations. Utilize monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Telegraf, Influx, etc., to monitor performance and optimize system efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments. Fine-tune server configurations based on CPU, memory, and network utilization metrics. Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 4 years Job Description:
Solid proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Perl, etc. Thorough understanding of IT operations best practices. Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or IBM Softlayer, including managing clusters and deployments at scale. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. Experience with containerization tools like Docker. Hands-on experience in Linux administration within production environments. Strong grasp of current network protocols, architectures, and design principles. Experience with various monitoring tools and concepts. Proficiency in SQL and MySQL databases, with additional experience in NoSQL being advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
