  • Proficient in Data Analytics, particularly in customer analytics within the retail industry.
  • Extensive track record of leading intricate analytics initiatives spanning Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science with clients.
  • Overseeing the entire lifecycle from discovery to delivery to achieve strategic and tactical business goals.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end projects, employing a consultative approach to develop comprehensive solutions and present client roadmaps.
  • Successful experience in project management frameworks to discern requirements, construct proof of value (POV) solutions for clients.
  • Proficient in comprehending customer business challenges and devising appropriate analytics strategies to design solutions.
  • Previous involvement in guiding organizations undergoing transformations.
  • Primarily serving as a product owner, evaluating changes to data assets to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Proficiency in leading large teams by establishing suitable team structures, overseeing day-to-day tasks, fostering development and growth, including upskilling, goal setting, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Capable of formulating and advocating solutions for any business problem from first principles.
  • This role involves hands-on management of day-to-day delivery activities, executing analytics projects by analyzing large datasets, developing solutions, and providing final recommendations.
  • Researching and developing solutions in core functional areas related to Campaign and Promotion Effectiveness, Data Insights, and Customer Analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau/QlikView dashboard development, and statistical modeling.
  • Responsible for creating business and technical presentations, reports, etc., to communicate analysis findings to clients and for business development.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Additionally, must possess the ability to confidently advocate business recommendations and empower customer organizations to implement such recommendations.

Functional/Domain Experience:

  • Experience in the Manufacturing or Retail domain.
  • Relevant retail skills.
  • Expertise in Data Science, Analytics Solution, and the Retail Domain.
