Qualifications:
- Capable of formulating and advocating solutions for any business problem from first principles.
- This role involves hands-on management of day-to-day delivery activities, executing analytics projects by analyzing large datasets, developing solutions, and providing final recommendations.
- Researching and developing solutions in core functional areas related to Campaign and Promotion Effectiveness, Data Insights, and Customer Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau/QlikView dashboard development, and statistical modeling.
- Responsible for creating business and technical presentations, reports, etc., to communicate analysis findings to clients and for business development.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Additionally, must possess the ability to confidently advocate business recommendations and empower customer organizations to implement such recommendations.
Functional/Domain Experience:
- Experience in the Manufacturing or Retail domain.
- Relevant retail skills.
- Expertise in Data Science, Analytics Solution, and the Retail Domain.
