You will lead the architecture and design efforts across various projects, ensuring the solutions are scalable, reliable, and high-performing.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design discussions, making decisions, and initiating improvements for our software projects.
• Develop and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions using ReactJS and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Drive the development of frameworks, tools, and best practices to streamline development processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our projects as appropriate.
• Champion design thinking methodologies and principles throughout the software development lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in ReactJS and Spring Boot with hands-on experience in building and deploying complex, scalable web applications.
• Deep understanding of design principles, software architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
• Experience with framework development and customization to meet specific project requirements.
• Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and a user-centric approach to software design and development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
