As a UI Architect, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative solutions to address the needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass leading architecture and design endeavors across various projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Spearhead discussions, decisions, and initiatives regarding design and architecture for our software projects.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions using ReactJS and Spring Boot technologies.
• Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver top-notch solutions.
• Drive the development of frameworks, tools, and best practices to streamline development processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, offering technical leadership and expertise.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating them into our projects when applicable.
• Promote design thinking methodologies and principles across the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrate expertise in ReactJS and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience in constructing and deploying complex, scalable web applications.
• Possess a deep understanding of design principles, software architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to address technical challenges effectively.
• Showcase experience in framework development and customization to fulfill specific project requirements.
• Display proficiency in design thinking methodologies, prioritizing a user-centric approach to software design and development.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, showcasing excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, motivating and inspiring team members.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in Agile development environments.
