Full Stack Developer Job Description
Job Type: Full Time (12 noon – 8 PM IST)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality code for our real-time platform.
- Build, test, iterate, scale, and refine our consumer application.
- Address various challenges across the entire stack and contribute to all aspects of our codebase with a strong sense of ownership.
- Collaborate effectively in a small, flat-structured, highly cooperative, and globally distributed team environment.
Requirements:
- Possess at least 3 years of professional software development experience, with a preference for prior experience in startup environments.
- Solid foundation in computer science, including proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Node.js, Redis, LAMP, and the latest versions of React.js/Angular.
- Enthusiasm for learning and tackling novel technical challenges.
- Experience with cloud-based development, particularly AWS, and familiarity with services like DynamoDB and SES.
- Understanding of best practices in design, optimization, and user experience.
