Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support, incident management, and escalation. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in these areas, along with expertise in AWS and/or Azure infrastructure administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 technical support, incident management, and escalation.
  • Administer AWS and/or Azure infrastructure, utilizing tools such as Ansible for Configuration Management, Docker for Microservices, and Terraform or CloudFormation for Infrastructure-as-Code.
  • Perform Linux and Windows system administration tasks, including OS and application patching, and software upgrades.
  • Handle Cybersecurity incident response and investigation.
  • Utilize Ansible and Jenkins, along with scripting languages like Python and shell, for automation and integration with APIs.
  • Manage AWS infrastructure and services such as EC2, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk deployment, ECS, Lambda, and IAM, Infrastructure, and Network security.
  • Oversee DNS, CDN, and Web Application Firewall management.
  • Obtain certifications in AWS SysOps, DevOps, or Security, if not already possessed.
  • Be available for shift duties, 24×7 on-call standby duties, and beyond-normal working hours.
  • Possess a fair understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
