Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Science Lead specializing in Generative AI, Transformers, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enrich our team. As a Generative AI and LLM Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced generative models and algorithms to address complex challenges and produce superior outcomes. Collaborating with a diverse team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists, you will pioneer innovative applications of generative AI across various domains.


Research and Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in generative AI, including LLMs, GPTs, GANs, VAEs, and other relevant technologies.
  • Engage in innovative research to discover and develop new generative models and algorithms.

Model Development:

  • Design, build, and refine generative models to generate realistic and diverse outputs.
  • Implement and optimize state-of-the-art generative AI architectures to achieve predefined performance objectives.

Data Processing and Preparation:

  • Collect, preprocess, and organize extensive datasets required for training generative models.
  • Apply data augmentation techniques and devise strategies to manage complex data distributions.

Training and Evaluation:

  • Train generative models using deep learning frameworks and evaluate model effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics. Refine models based on feedback and analytical insights.


  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements, establish clear objectives, and leverage opportunities to apply generative AI techniques. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in generative AI. Innovate and develop creative solutions, with precision in analyzing experimental data.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Exhibit outstanding teamwork and communication skills to collaborate successfully with diverse teams. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Adaptability and Learning:

  • Display a strong passion for staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and generative models. Demonstrate eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.


Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Strong foundation in deep learning, generative models, and computer vision is preferred.


  • Proven experience in designing and implementing generative models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in working with GPTs, GANs, VAEs, or similar generative AI techniques.
  • Experience with handling and training large-scale datasets and deep neural networks is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, and familiarity with relevant libraries and tools.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical capabilities, especially in linear algebra and probability.
  • Experience with cloud computing environments and GPU acceleration is advantageous.

Education: Undergraduate or Postgraduate from a premium institute.
