We are in search of a highly proficient (Senior) Magento Business Analyst with extensive expertise in e-commerce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep comprehension of Magento platforms coupled with a robust business acumen to meticulously analyze and optimize e-commerce processes. As a Senior Magento Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, craft solutions, and propel enhancements to our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to meticulously gather and analyze business requirements pertinent to the Magento e-commerce platform.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Work in close conjunction with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of e-commerce solutions.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to unearth opportunities for process enhancements and optimization of the e-commerce platform.
• Develop detailed test plans and execute comprehensive testing of new features and enhancements to ensure utmost quality and reliability.
• Offer continuous support and troubleshooting for e-commerce issues, liaising closely with technical teams to promptly resolve issues.
• Remain abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and Magento development.
• Lead and mentor junior business analysts and team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce, with a primary focus on Magento platforms.
• Profound understanding of Magento architecture, features, and functionalities.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and interpret complex data effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Solid grasp of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Preferably, experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Magento Business Practitioner certification is compulsory for this role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
