Job Description: OneStream Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete configuration and deployment of OneStream applications, ensuring compliance with best practices and alignment with clients’ business needs.
• Engage with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their FP&A requirements and devise tailored OneStream solutions to address their specific challenges and goals.
• Utilize extensive expertise to develop sophisticated financial models, reports, and dashboards within the OneStream platform, leveraging advanced features to enhance performance and user experience.
• Offer expert guidance and assistance to clients throughout the implementation phase, providing insights and recommendations to facilitate the successful adoption and utilization of OneStream solutions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in FP&A and OneStream technologies, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A roles, focusing on financial planning, consolidation, and analysis.
• Demonstrate extensive experience (7+ years) in designing and deploying OneStream solutions, with proficiency in OneStream Planning and Reporting modules.
• Showcase expertise in OneStream XF, including comprehensive knowledge of Cubes, Dimensions, Data Management, Workflows, and Security.
• Exhibit a strong grasp of financial processes, particularly in areas such as financial planning & analysis, consolidation, and reporting.
• Have experience with integration architecture and best practices for connecting OneStream with ERP and other systems.
• Display excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams in a remote setting.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of delivering high-quality solutions within project constraints.
• OneStream Certified Professional certification is considered advantageous.
