Role Specifics:

Day in the Life:

• Collaborate closely with business teams to build long-term and scalable solutions: Understand the business problem, develop solutions, and conduct analyses to achieve desired outcomes.
• Algorithm Development & Modeling: Build, validate, and implement machine learning models to drive insights and optimizations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems using RESTful API endpoints.
• Data Management: Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to prepare large datasets for analysis.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in the data science field and innovate to improve existing algorithms and introduce new ones.

Must-have Skills:

Education: Graduate in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Post-Graduate in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, or Computer Engineering.

Experience: 3 to 5 years.

• Deep Learning & Machine Learning Expertise: Proficiency in building and deploying ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Strong Statistical Understanding: Deep grasp of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and probability theory underlying machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics.
• Advanced Data Manipulation: Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

Things that will make the candidate stand out:

• Experience with AWS Data Science Tools: SageMaker, Redshift, EMR, Lambda.
• API Development and Deployment: Skills in building and deploying ML models as microservices using Flask/Django or FastAPI.
