We are seeking a natural leader who enjoys mentoring/training junior developers, is comfortable taking the lead and making decisions, possesses creative thinking skills, and has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership of technical architecture, coding, and development standards.
- Generate high-quality, reusable code, ensuring adherence to best practices by the team you lead.
- Develop new features and enhance existing ones in alignment with requirements.
- Lead Sprint Planning and Retrospective sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the product management team to provide accurate estimates and clarification.
- Ensure the production of design artifacts and create accurate documentation.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 3 – 7 years’ experience deploying React Native front-end iOS applications, specifically with proven Swift.
- Knowledge of patterns applied in mobile programming (MVC, MVVM, delegation, etc.).
- Experience using REST APIs in iOS applications.
- Familiarity with common debug and optimization techniques in mobile programming.
- Understanding of common usability principles related to mobile programming.
- Experience working in Agile/Remote teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience deploying apps in a multi-tenant way, as that makes deployment and rollout trickier (e.g., Different graphics/assets, etc.).
