Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery, research, and synthesis of user insights to inform effective experience design.
• Advocate for design concepts with compelling aesthetics and a persuasive narrative.
• Present your work confidently and articulately.
• Demonstrate expertise in design craft, tools, and processes.
• Propose creative solutions and optimizations to enhance user experiences.
• Develop detailed specifications for implementation in software development.
• Conduct design workshops with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams on motion design, content strategy, visual design, and content development.
• Define success metrics for client and business impact.
• Cultivate relationships with project team members, including technical and development teams.
• Independently lead and manage small project tracks.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in complex system mapping and process mapping.
• Experience in audits and competitive landscaping.
• Strong background in user research and iterative design testing.
• Ability to wireframe functionality for features and content.
• Proficient in prototyping tools, with advanced experience in at least one.
• Familiarity with low-fidelity prototyping tools like InVision and XD.
• Experience in component-based design development.
• Strong grasp of navigation systems design and creating sitemaps.
• Skilled in interaction design and process documentation.
• Proficient in presentation design.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Participation in affinity groups or employee resource groups.
• Experience in heuristic evaluation and performance data analysis.
• Proficiency in prototyping with code.
• Demonstrated photo or video editing capabilities.
• Experience in designing for emerging experiences like natural language processing and augmented reality.
