Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Mandatory understanding of the SPM (Service Portfolio Management) module.
  • Essential customer handling skills.

Job Description:

  • Provide support for Portfolio Management & Tooling Strategy, encompassing standardization of book of work, prioritization, backlog management, and enhancements to ServiceNow tooling (specifically SPM and Request).
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow development leads to enhance automation of demand, cross-impacting and prioritization processes, onboarding, tooling replacement, and workflow documentation.
  • Partner with leads and business representatives to develop Product Cabinet agendas, demos, decks, and assist in waterline discovery for prioritization forums and dashboards.
  • Cultivate relationships with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate the execution of critical strategic planning deliverables and provide leadership reporting and dashboards for updates and business reviews.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources including product, engineering, and horizontal functions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with exposure to Technology, Product Management, Customer/User Experience, ServiceNow, and Agile frameworks & methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and JIRA Align is a plus.
  • High-energy, detail-oriented candidate with exceptional analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Experience in developing executive management and C-level presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing roadblocks.
  • Proficient in quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data into concise language, charts, and graphs without losing sight of the big picture.
