Job Description:

Position: Benovymed – Technical Architect Manager/Tech Architect Lead/Tech Architect – Global Digital Health Startup.

Job Location: Delhi NCR, India. (Global HQ, Global Technology Development Center & Global R&D & AI Health Innovation Center, Delhi NCR, India)

Role & Responsibility:

• Undertake a single-handed, hands-on multi-hat role in technology development, encompassing technology planning, architecture development and implementation, platform development, database management systems (DBMS), and maintenance of B2B & B2B2C SaaS cloud platforms.
• Lead end-to-end technology development, including front-end and back-end development, server-side and client-side development, and creation of highly scalable digital health platforms or e-commerce platforms from scratch.
• Design user interactions and develop front-end web portal architecture.
• Develop back-end web portal applications and databases for functionality.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with graphic designers for web design features.
• Design and develop APIs to meet technical and consumer needs.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Conduct testing using the latest tools, with proficiency in DevOps engineering skillsets being an advantage.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Information Technology (IT) from a reputed technology institute.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hardcore software product development engineering, with at least 4 years in a technical architect or tech architect lead role.
• 2 to 6 years of experience as a full-stack developer in web and mobile application software product engineering post-education qualification.
• Extensive experience working single-handedly and as a team member and leader in early-stage startup environments, particularly in digital health or e-commerce industries.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of developing tech products from scratch and achieving significant user adoption.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, and Amber.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Django, DynamoDB, LAMP, and MEAN stack.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS (S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm), and mobile development frameworks including Android, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, Dart, iOS, Swift, and Google Firebase.
• Additional skills in NoSQL databases like MongoDB are advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net, and Tensorflow.
• Familiarity with database technologies including MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
