Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including Hardware, Software, QA, Cloud, and Product teams to ensure project deadlines are met, and adjust plans as needed to keep final deliverables on schedule.
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and charts, maintaining measurable metrics (such as resource utilization, program costs, and roadmaps) for management assessment.
- Address project obstacles through thorough planning and promptly resolve ad-hoc resource or setup requirements.
- Adapt to rapid and Agile development cycles, maintaining flexibility and composure amidst uncertainty.
- Execute sprints and tasks flawlessly to achieve timely milestones.
- Proficiently create and manage sprints using the Scrum model, handle recurring activities in a Kanban style, and offer swift resolutions.
- Establish attainable objectives in collaboration with vendor project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Enhance traceability through improved dashboard visibility.
- Automate reporting processes and provide actionable insights.
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in managing product development from prototyping to mass production.
- Familiarity with managing IoT/connected products.
- Track record of delivering commercial high-tech electronic products.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- PMP/ITIL certification would be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum certification is beneficial.
- Self-driven motivation and willingness to dive into tasks hands-on.
- Knowledge of automotive/electronics product engineering is a plus.
