My experience of Odin School data science course was like, you giving chance to your parents scolding you for your life. The course content is ordinary you will get it on Google for free if you search well. If you have any doubts about the class you will receive doubt clearing email response after a day. Also, Odin itself is dealing with mismanagement they don’t have track of our classes and doubt sessions, class gets cancelled there is no backup for the class, you get email that your class is cancelled…but you do receive 20 other emails that your class has started, guess its for all the batches that they have started. At Joining you will hear the names of the big shot companies at the time of joining course, but when you are in placements you will not hear even 1 big company name that you have heard of…. you will find xyz pvt limited in Noida or a “bobo chobo”company in GGn with only one office, taking interviews and then declining our resumes with reason candidate does not fit the requirements and our placement teams wont have a clue of what happened. They are so mismanaged if I ask for refund they will have no records of fee I paid…or they might say that I am not even their student because they will not be able to locate me on records. Jokers!

In my review, the following are some of the benefits of enrolling in UpGrad’s Data Science course:
1. UpGrad guarantees 500+ hours of interactive learning through live interactive sessions, as we believe that live classes are best for disciplines like data science.
2. Python boot camp is provided free of charge. This aspect piqued my interest because if you want to succeed in this industry, you must be fluent in at least one coding language.

The following are some of the disadvantages of taking UpGrad’s Data Science course:

1. No job placement promise; If you’re an aspiring data scientist, work experience is important, and if you’re paying thousands of dollars to learn one skill, you’ll undoubtedly want a job afterward, but there’s no guarantee that UpGrad will deliver a solid salaried position.
2. UpGrad caters to a wide range of people, from full-time MBAs to management courses. They do not specialize in a single field, which is a significant disadvantage in today’s environment when domain specialization is critical.
3. Expensive; UpGrad’s data science course is a little on the pricey side; we can’t say that it’s a budget-friendly option.
4. Working professionals do not have access to flexible study plans since they do not provide flexible schedules tailored to their needs.

As per my observation careerera is not a good platform for a Data Science course. There are many options other than this in the market. I don’t like its faculty as they don’t know the needs of a student. The behavior was very bad towards the students and the knowledge in them is very low.

They do not provide placement guarantee at all. On the sake of placement assistance they only give the knowledge to attend an interview and how to present yourself there. Before enrollment they call many times a day, but after getting enrolled they don’t bother with anything of student’s need. Careerera does not have major collaborations with big organizations so that there are no chances of getting placed through them. The heavy sum of about 1.80 lacs is very high for no facility.

So if you have extra money with you then you can go for it otherwise it is not worth it. You can go for other options for the course with this price and with job guarantee.
