I’m sharing my experience with Eduminds after struggling for over seven months. I had enrolled in their course but decided to withdraw after just two classes. When I raised a request for cancellation, I was assured by Jatan that it would be resolved within 24 hours and that I would receive my refund. However, despite months of waiting, nothing has been done.
At one point, I even received a call from Manmohan stating that my refund had been processed. But when I checked with their finance partner, Moneyview, they confirmed that it hadn’t been done. It was shocking to see how they mislead students with false commitments.
Initially, Jatan kept extending the timeline—first 24 hours, then a couple of days, then a week, then a month. Now it’s been more than seven months, and still, no resolution. I also spoke with Shubhendu, who assured me that the refund would be processed soon and that I would be updated. But now he doesn’t even pick up calls or respond to messages.
I’m not the only one facing this issue. A friend of mine is going through the same struggle. I have already sent a legal notice and will take further action if needed. This entire experience has been mentally exhausting, and I want to warn others not to fall into the same trap.
If you’re facing similar issues, I strongly urge you to take legal action. Don’t put your career and mental health at risk with such institutes.
