I was a student at Springboard, and I want to share my honest experience so that others can make an informed decision. At first glance, the course seems promising with structured modules, mentor support, and job placement assistance. However, the reality is quite different from what is marketed.
The learning content is decent, but nothing extraordinary that you can’t find through self-study with proper guidance from free or more affordable resources. The real concern starts with the job placement support. Despite completing the course with dedication, neither I nor any of my batchmates received a single placement opportunity. The so-called job guarantee feels more like a marketing strategy rather than an actual commitment. The career coaches provide general advice, but there’s no strong industry network or direct hiring connections as they claim.
Another major factor to consider is the course fee, which is around 1.5 lakh. For this price, you’d expect strong industry backing, real hiring support, or at least an opportunity to land interviews through the platform’s connections. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me or anyone in my batch. The burden of job hunting remains entirely on the student, and the support provided is no different from what you’d get by networking and applying on your own.
If you are considering enrolling in Springboard, I’d strongly advise doing thorough research. There are plenty of other resources available at a much lower cost that can provide similar or even better learning experiences. Unless you are purely looking for structured guidance and are fully prepared to navigate the job search on your own, this program may not be the best investment. Make sure to weigh your options carefully before committing.
