Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience with you all on how I started my journey at SimpliLearn. It’s been a more and extremely disappointing and frustrating journey with SimpliLearn. Their service and assistance are not satisfactory and not up to the mark hence, their support is completely unacceptable and unresponsive for all of us. I have been trying to reach them from August regarding my cancellation and refund, but till now, I haven’t gotten any response or reply. I feel that they aren’t any professional. Simply, I can call this behavior unprofessional service. Now the question is how they could train learners professionally? So I would never recommend this platform to anyone cause their future will be in the dark. There are two strong reasons(poor service and unprofessional behaviour) I would finally say no to Simplilearner and Stay from this platform.
