You didn’t mention a path or what cloud platform, so I will give an example of a generic project on AWS for someone who is new to cloud computing. I have sorted some of the cloud computing projects for beginners and it will give you a good start.

The target of this project is to create and deploy a cloud-based e-learning application with 24×7 access. In my point of view this is one of the most valuable cloud computing projects.You can also choose to develop a simple Java-based cloud computing app which offers e-learning solutions. In this app, learning, reusing and sharing will be the major components. For example, you can sync online databases and libraries with the app and provide the students with recommendations based upon their browsing and learning history.

4. GPS Application
The users are facilitated with features like GPS which is another advancement of cloud computing applications. These applications help people to guide the directions from the map along with finding locations on the internet. Sites such as google maps. These are such applications that provide Cloud services. These applications are used by many people and are free to use. One of the most commonly used cloud computing projects

5.Antivirus Applications
There are various antivirus applications available for support service. These cloud computing applications services provide the smooth functioning of the system. They help the users in many ways which helps to detect and fix threats of malware and other forms of viruses and helps to clean the system as well. This antivirus is free of cost and is considered the best antivirus for your computers. The primary function of these cloud computing applications is to detect issues by sending the information to the data center of the cloud and fixing it. Kaspersky Endpoint security and Sophos Endpoint Protection cloud are some of the prominently used cloud antivirus software.
