Fast-growth data analytics company Purple WiFi has acquired US wayfinding company LogicJunction. In the deal announced on 24th October, Manchester headquartered Purple confirmed the takeover of Ohio based LogicJunction, with the consolidated companies running under the Purple manufacturer. The acquisition is the most stock deal, with the current management staff and employee base becoming a member of the Purple team.
Purple has a WiFi platform through which companies are able to monitor a customers’ shopping habits and patterns, enabling them to advertise with targeted messaging, in addition to providing highly effective analytics tools.
Complementing its current business, LogicJunction improves the Purple profile with’ wayfinding’ technology, supplying indoor navigation and location-based methods, enabling them to bolster their “intelligent spaces” proposition to the customers.
