I took admission in Data Science with Python Course of AnalytixLabs, I have some good and some bad experiences with AnalytixLabs as I have done Mathematics honors I have no problems with the fundamental Statistics part it is very relevant for me to understand, but with the technical aspect, I have some issues. The faculty member instructed what to do they were not guided properly on how to do it. The faculty members are very educated but didn’t treat non-tech students well. My experience with AnalytixLabs is not so incredible; I will give 50-50 to them. As per my personal experience, I Will not suggest anyone get admission. Aspirants from a non-technical background should have prior knowledge of essential data analytics tools like Excel/ SQL/ Tableau; this is what they want.

They didn’t provide any scholarships for those who needed them. The content they provide for the study is not up to the mark that is the same that we can get on social networking sites. The Placement support is also below the mark. The management is also not up to the mark as they cannot manage it well. The Customer service provided by them is also awful. They are not even ready to answer your questions before joining the CourseCourse.

Almost about 3 months ago I had enrolled in their data science program and there are major drawbacks which created doubts in my head whether is upgrad worth it? as I feel they are playing with the student’s time and money The institute mentions that they conduct live classes, but it is not continued for the whole training. And only a certain amount of sessions like for instance, out of 300 hours only 100 hours are dedicated for live sessions. The rest of them are mostly pre-recorded videos. Some fundamentals courses or training from Upgrad consist only of recorded videos and apart from their data science program some of the Master, MBA, and data analytics courses are expensive and are not suitable for working professionals.

The course fee is quite high, and even after paying that amount, there is no assurance that you will get a job after course completion. For those who don’t meet the criteria to avail of the assured job opportunity, there is no provision to claim a refund on the fees paid or any other kind of adjustment for the lost opportunity. Definitely No! You can find far more better options than UpGrad like Scalar, Udemy, Intellipath, DataTrained etc.
