Hi there, I recently finished an 88% evaluation and a comprehensive course on research in the health and social care industry. The fact that the certificate is the final expense was not disclosed previously, and as a result, my entire course was useless because I will no longer receive a free digital certificate.
I completed a paid digital marketing course from Alison. All the courses are not free there, some of the courses are paid as well. I found the digital marketing course really insightful and helpful in understanding the techniques. However, when i completed the course it asked me to make separate payment of 35 for the certificate mentioning that the course was from some top notch college. I was in need of the Certificate of completion so I paid the amount and waited for almost a month to receive the certificate. Now the issue was that the certificate was not looking promising and some issues with the college logo, which was clearly showing that its a fake one, so I contacted Alison to get a new one and now they are declining for the change and asking for more to get another copy of the certificate. Bogus service, won’t recommend it to anyone.
I was happy with the course but the adverts confused me and I made a payment to something else as a subscription membership for R19?? Then I paid for the certificate upfront but when I finished the course I paid again!! Disappointing! Probably my fault!
