I learned a lot from the small free versions of the videos on Cybersecurity. The quality of the videos still have some hope of improvement and sometimes it gets boring as it talk about abstract topics and loses control of the subject. However, being a Cybersecurity enthusiast I wanted to learn more so I took the membership for the same. To my surprise the quality of the videos and content depleted as we moved forward on the videos. Soon I lost my interest, stopped using the portal, and got busy with available information on google and other free networks.
I stopped the course then and there, but now I am calling them on every other day as they have taken the subscription amount from my account and I am struggling to get it back. This is not hearing from the other side they are not responding to my calls or my texts. They are running some kind of Subscription scam as I am not the only one who is facing the challenges, I came across multiple known people experiencing the same issue.
Cybrary’s response is slow and their promises are absolutely fake. Whenever a problem arises, the response of Cybrary’s support team is extremely slow. They take days to solve the problems, causing untold inconvenience to the students.
In addition, Cybry has shown a failure to live up to its promise. The promises made in their advertisements and propaganda have no value, and leave the students in the lurch. This leads to a lack of credibility and deeply affects the morale of the students.
Overall, Cybrary’s slow response and fake promises make their mobility questionable. This leads to a loss of confidence in the students.
Cybrary provides paid and free courses. Free courses are good to get a foundation, not enough to appear for a certification.
Paid courses in Cybrary are overpriced and I am not sure its worthy.
I completed my cybersecurity from them. And I took several microcertifications in security from Cybrary.
