If you are a complete rookie in the industry and have never used any other learning resources, which I assume is their primary demographic anyhow, I would not recommend DataCamp. The interactive testing of the ideas they provide, as well as the fact that some topics are covered by the designers of the software utilized in the lectures, piqued my attention. I find it annoying that DataCamp seems to prioritize quantity above quality and the amount of DataCamp reviews that are fake are enormous. You may examine more than 120 already-created courses, some of which I found to be rather disappointing. What annoys me is that after the fundamental principles of the tool are explained, they are repeated far too frequently in succession before going on. As a result, you never delve into the details, and the exercise routine is not the best for helping you remember the material.

Additionally after going through several DataCamp reviews, I noticed that each course is self-contained, information you gain in one course might not be applied in another, practically all of it is guaranteed that you will forget it very quickly. Additionally, their tracks are identical. These are simply a series of stand-alone courses, with later courses not making full use of earlier principles. Thus, the tracks also fall short of resolving the problem with the learning style present in individual courses. Additionally, changes to the tracks give you the impression that they still don’t have a clear idea of what they want to teach students in each track.
Learning from DataCamp does not just have the drawback of missing the larger picture. Some courses contain exercises that aren’t all that good; you’ll only need to finish a portion of the overall solution, and the script’s structure will be set up such that you only need to fill in the blanks for function calls. It kind of defeats the purpose of requiring you to have a lot of free time to spend on DataCamp and be prepared to conduct independent research once you have finished a course with them. And if you estimate the value of your time, it can turn out that there are other options available to you that offer a higher return. However, I am able to discern the long-term diminishing profits without a doubt.

If you choose DataCamp as a reference for data science, I believe it to be the worst source. It shouldn’t be viewed as a foundation for developing a conceptual understanding of data science topics. Even though they still have seat restrictions, they now have batches of more than 100 students to accommodate all of the students who want to attend the same live sessions. Without the necessary interactive assistance for everyone, this can become chaotic and reduce the effectiveness of interactive learning to a greater extent.
The overall cost of the training is considerable, ranging from 1 lakh to 1.3 lakh INR.

Datacamp is for you if you are a complete beginner in data science and don’t know a, b, or c of coding.
Datacamp is not for you if you want to start a career in the area and you know the basics of coding (not necessary in Python, but in any programming language with the basic idea of functions, class, loops, and other things). Because in my own experience, Datacamp seems to teach things at an excruciatingly sluggish pace. I’d say it’s definitely intended for school-aged children and not for anybody over the age of 20.

Despite the fact that I thought their method of instruction was poor, they yet move at a snail’s pace. An adult will need a very long time to master everything from Datacamp and become a fundamental data scientist. I therefore choose to use alternative learning sites. Better content is even on YouTube.

You can study the fundamentals of data science in both R and Python with the DataCamp app if you have some programming experience and sound logical reasoning. However, the designer did not include a lot of theory knowledge in this software, and its interface is not as user-friendly as Solo Learn (Python). And you could find it challenging to solve the cases if you have no technical experience.

I really like DataCamp. They are a terrific way to achieve that whether you are interested in learning a new language or a new aspect of a language. They serve as a helpful refresher, in my opinion, if you forget how to accomplish anything in a language. There is great learning there. The contents are expertly organized.
The teaching strategy is excellent and efficient. There is nothing to worry about. You can start from scratch while learning so that you can put what you learn into practice. A great site to learn well-defined, specific data science jobs or domains is Datacamp.

You should consider beginning your study of data science at DataCamp. You have the option to select the domain electives you’ll study data science under at Datacamp. It becomes incredibly simple to study without any prior understanding of your subject. Datacamp offers a wide range of options, including various courses. I would advise choosing Datacamp if you want to become a data scientist. Not other institutions, please. The cost of the Datacamp courses is similarly reasonable. If you want to work as a data scientist in the top companies, I’d highly recommend Datacamp. Once you enroll in their courses, your road toward becoming a fully fledged data scientist will be highly fruitful.

At Datacamp, the live interactive classes come first and foremost. You may get all of your questions answered right away and correctly understood during instructor-led live sessions. You will receive live instruction from the subject matter experts as well as practise problems and assignments to evaluate your knowledge. The need to take these lessons seriously cannot be overstated. You can select domain electives at Datacamp that provide a wealth of domain knowledge. The benefit of selecting the domain elective is that it teaches you things about your chosen course and the industry you want to study and work in.

Python, with its versatility and case-insensitive property, fascinated me to learn. With the growing data science market, multiple job openings, reputed designation, and a big salary. I started thinking about starting my career with data science with python concepts, and in the search, I came across Datacamp’s Data Scientist with Python program, and I found this program is what I was looking for. Without thinking for a minute, I enrolled in this data science course by Datacamp.

After going deep into the course, I was like oh NO, I made a mistake in choosing this course. The system is not what it claims to make me an efficient data scientist with hands-on experience in python. I was so fond of python, but the trainers at Datacamp did not have good teaching skills.

The program is divided into 5 modules, each of which is very short. They provided only 4 hours for each module. Trainers were jumping very fast to complete the course parts in a given duration. It took a lot of work to learn from the basics to advance topics of python in a limited time. They also taught using various python libraries like NumPy, panda, etc., in data science, but it was just to cover the topics, not deep knowledge.

Practical training was not part of this data scientist with python course, and the teachers only focused on covering theoretical points. I think youtube videos are much better than this course. Datacamp must learn how to design a course syllabus from its competitors, and practical knowledge is equally important.

If you consider getting placed on this course, then sorry, you will not. There is no course completion certificate, nor do they help you in your resume-building and hiring process.

It is a complete waste of your money and time. I am suffering after joining this course, and I do not want you to also make the same mistake as me.
