I completed DT Evolve’s First-time manager Bootcamp program a week ago, and I totally loved it!
You can become a manager but you need to have certain skills. This is a 12 weeks program that will work on your Leadership skills, people skills, Motivation skills, Organizational skills, Decision making, and problem-solving skills. This course helped me to push myself, they provide real-time case studies, Psychometric and personalized Assessments which really save time and effort, and this is worth investing in. They focus on training you and enhancing your career skills and life skills that you need to become ahead in your career and day-to-day life. This program will be completed in 3 months. In your first month they will work on your basic communication skills and your listening skills, and managing skills. DT evolve is really a good platform to enhance your skills. They focus on the key areas which can be beneficial for your corporate career, and this program really helped me to sharpen my managing skills and one of the best parts about this platform is that its supportive salesperson helped me throughout the program.
This program is of a 3-month duration, and in each month I learned so many things, I loved the month 2 curriculum that taught me about motivation and how you always should stay motivated and as a Manager, it’s your responsibility to motivate others for the better outcome of an organization. At the time of enrolment in this course, I was a SME and wanted to be a manager but there are many skills in which I was lacking. When my friend told me about this First Time Manager Bootcamp offered by DT EVOLVE. Firstly, I was dicey about this course. Then I registered for this bootcamp and talked to their salesperson. Then he cleared all my doubts and queries and provided me with a list of courses covered in this bootcamp.
The duration of this bootcamp was 12 weeks, during which the curriculum was divided in such a way that, at the beginning, you would learn all the basic management skills, and then, successively, you would learn all the management essential skills.
