I took a course, and while the lessons were good, getting help and support was tough. I had to keep asking if I could delay my course because I missed some work due to COVID and working from home. The support team took a long time to reply, and then they sent me to admissions, who also took forever to respond. Finally, after two weeks, they said I couldn’t delay and suggested I rush through half the course to get a certificate. Most of the work was group projects, and everyone else had already finished. The course material was fine, but the support wasn’t.
