However next evening when I went in for joining , was shifted again to the next batch. This time when again I called in the saleswoman, she didnt even bother to respond.
Then I hung up the CUSTOMER CARE. The experience was quite horrible. Firstly, the call doesn’t even connect and if it connects then there is a huge waiting time. Besides, there is so much of background noise that it’s almost impossible to hear what the representative are telling. The quality of the customer care representatives seemed poor as it seems they are working under huge workload. Then the call also got disconnected and I had to try multiple times to get a response. Although these guys were genuine but the entire system was so pathetic that it was out of their control. They, however, took my complaint, gave me their number and asked me to check back after two days.
When I called them again they asked me to be into a batch just the next week.
I wrote several complaints to them but never ever received a single response.
I then asked for a full refund, but they said they could not because I had taken the EMI option, although nothing in the policy specified that.
When I logged in to my next batch, I realized that there were aquite a few students but NO instructor. We waited for an hour and left.
My batch again got rescheduled to a couple of weeks later, although I was did not complain this time and was getting ready to lodge a greviance in the consumer forum.
After two weeks, I just logged in and found there was an instructor and few students. So I started the course. The instructor was a nice cooperative with some experience and seemed to had a good grasp on the subject. Through the class I realized that each of the six students in the class had to go through a similar experience.
I took the course for the next five weeks. The overall course quality was just average. Although the instructor was knowledgeable, the content is not structured properly. The student’s material were just a bunch of theory, and the instructor was actually teaching out of her own knowledge and experience.
For someone who is an absolute novice, the course content would have been decent, but for anyone with a fist hand knowledge like myself, I did not feel that I gained a lot except for a few concepts.
The instructor was supportive although, the management had restricted her from sharing her contact information, from doing out-of-scheduled classes or live classes and all the requests were denied.
On the brochure they had promised CV writing, job assistance etc but the class ended before completing all the listed topics.
The entire experience was very average with a management whose only intent is to extort money from producing a very good face with a rotten system within.
Sincere advice to anyone is to stay Km’s away from this institute.
