ImGuru has the potential to be the IndianGuru just need to make few changes like updating curricullam, you can’t use the course from pre covid days now in 2024, hire some more experienced trainers who should stay with the Institute for longer run and should leave the batches in between of the course and lastly the support team, which shoulld actually support the Students not to call them only for reminding of paying the fee on time. They should be more useful in helping day to day issues of student or a batch. In today’s world who reads email on daily basis that too on Gmail. We need the team who can use platform like whatsapp where we should receive notifications from Support team not on Gmail. I enrolled for PSPO training and unfortunately due to the lack of support and a feeling of learning outdated course made me drop the course and waste my funds. Before joining any course, I would request you all to make sure that you compare the course material with other institutes and do check how experienced your trainers are, that really matters.
igmGuru courses are marketed well, but the actual content doesn’t live up to the hype. The materials are often outdated, and the instructors lack real-world experience. Their customer support is also lacking in promptness and effectiveness.
I opted for an online training course in Machine Learning, and I must say, it was a great choice. The trainer was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to help me with every query I had. What impressed me even more was the quick and responsive support team—they were always there whenever I needed assistance. Overall, it was a fantastic learning experience, and I feel much more confident in my understanding of Machine Learning now.
