Yes, as per my point of view data science is great learning course for switching profession to data science because, it gives you a platform to enhance your skills, and its worth it for investment of your time, money, talent and knowledge.

In my opinion a certificate in data science is a fantastic start, but it’s not enough. You must demonstrate abilities and comprehension, which you can do by placing well in data science competitions or by conducting your own research – for example, by developing an app that performs fascinating analytics on Twitter or other publicly available data.
You might also seek for a position as a data analyst to begin with. However, I know of a smart young student who was hired for a data scientist post straight after graduating from college, so if you are exceptionally talented and can demonstrate it, there will be a market for you.
The majority of you haven’t actually experienced what Great Learning Institute is really like. As a PGP-DSE student from Great Learning, the first thing I would say is that I urge you not to burn your precious 4 lakhs here. I promise, you’ll thank me later, people. Inquire with any graduates after the month of June 2019. I agree that the faculty is excellent, and the program is likewise superb. However, the placements are terrible. Only 4 or 5 out of a batch of 50 or 60 people get placed and those are the experienced people in relevant field..they say freshers can join and you will be placed..but no such things are happening here.
The placement report with 100% placement support will still be presented to you. These are the persons who obtained such jobs independently, without assistance from Great Learning. Others, however, are truly having difficulty, and after a month, these students will not be taken into consideration at all. They will only receive one or two of the really unusual corporations each month. Even if you are talented and have advanced coding skills, this institute doesn’t value your abilities. Freshers in particular, this is definitely not for you.
