I ensure that I receive an offer letter from the company I am signing up for. Better to be safe than sorry. I don’t like to work and then not get paid for my hard work.
Look through their company profile. Research a bit. Even if you join, ask HR to provide you with an offer letter that states all their terms and payments. Only then start working. If you feel the organization isn’t genuine, leave and make sure you do let Internshala and others know about it.
