You will be shocked to see the changes like the councellors before and after joining them. When you are prospect they are the most sweet, kind and understanding people as if they are more concerned about our future. Post you have joined them and you take any issues with them they will start avoiding and then neglecting you. If you are not happy with the services and you want to withdraw your admission they become rude and abusive. Thank god I have not paid the complete fee it was mere the registration amount plus some change. Guys, please don’t trust these people and my worst experience ever
I registered for the Prince 2 course through Knowlethon in 2023, but there were no open slots on the PeopleCert site when I went to schedule my exam in December of the same year. When I contacted Knowlethon, they informed me that many others were having the same problem and that it would be fixed for you. They offered me another number in January 2024 and said I may use it to make an exam reservation. The code was already in use when I tried to make a reservation. When I called Knowlethon again, they indicated that there was nothing they could do and that I should speak with personnel at Cert. My money (four thousand rupees) was squandered simply since the Knowlethon workforce was not fully aware on the criteria. Please confirm again before registering on Knowlethon.
I seriously don’t understand the importance of coning students. when you are not able to provide the best education don’t claim so and do some other business. It’s a request.
