Earlier this year I got myself enrolled for their data science course, but I did not receive the same level of commitment after joining the course. Initially, the sales team in order to grab your attention would convince you with their never fulfilling promises. The video lectures are very poor in quality, youtube will be a better platform for lecture videos than their course. I will explain it in a structured manner. I strongly believe that there are much better platforms like, datatrained, or coursera which provide the same level of courses at an affordable price. If you want to plan for a better future, then Learnbay is not the platform, and by enrolling in their Data Science course you are wasting not only your money but also your time.
The course is designed so that if you miss your live classes, then there is a very less possibility of your queries being resolved by the teachers.
Another point that disappointed me was that the timings are not flexible enough. Working candidates will face a lot of trouble.
Regarding the studying part, it is held on weekends with no assignments given so you have no motivation to study or complete or revise the course. The teacher just reads out every topic in the webinar and does not care to explain in detail. They say that we have to study by ourselves and read blogs related to machine learning when the time comes to completing the projects but they do not tell this in the first few months when the studying part was there. They are afraid that if they tell us to read from blogs, they will lose their money. So, be prepared for your time to be wasted in the first few months because you have no direction in which to study.
So in my suggestion, do think twice if you want to have a bright career ahead and be wise enough not to fall into its shortcomings.
I will provide you with one of the honest reviews as I was a part of their course and trust me its a very horrible experience. Before joining their course I was so self-motivated in learning from the vast resource that is the internet and able to filter and make a roadmap for myself, then I would not have taken the course. But halfway into the course, I realized that the only thing they are good at is sugarcoating things and making huge claims to the unsuspecting data science aspirant who has no idea where to start and does not have the smarts to research on the internet constructively.
Coming back to the point, the self-learning material available on their learning portal is so low quality, I cannot even describe it. You cannot get even a basic understanding of the concepts that are so important for a data scientist. Then they expect us to utilize these concepts when doing the projects by researching online. Can you imagine, they give links to other sites for learning SQL or python or even doing coding practice.
Peer interaction is very important for learning and clearing any doubts that arise. But they conduct webinars in such a way that we cannot even interact with any other students and they have created a telegram group in which only they can send messages and we cannot see other students profiles or chat with them. All these efforts look very suspicious to me.
You might get a job but don’t expect it to be a good placement because the level of knowledge you will gain from this institute will be very basic and not enough for landing a good job. Moreover, in the terms and conditions of placement guarantee it is written that if you reject any job offer because of any reason, your placement guarantee will become invalid. So, keep this in mind.

When it comes to their content, I think that it is very generic. It can be found on many free resources like Github, Kaggle, Youtube, etc. They just have very smartly combined everything and put up a price tag on it.
When it comes to communication, they say that they have a dedicated channel for helping students to clear their doubts. Well, the mentors are hardly available for having 1-on-1 sessions, hence you only have to clear them during the class which is anytime not possible because they have 100-200 students per batch. So either they can teach a topic or just clear the doubts of 200 students.
Teachers may be from good companies but that doesn’t mean that they have good knowledge or deliver good knowledge. They just cover generic topics and move on. There is no in-depth knowledge given.
Their placement is the worse, they will give you interview calls from very small companies that might be of different profiles. And if you reject the calls then you will not be eligible for a 100% job guarantee.
Since the mode of delivery is online, they hardly have any expenses.
So why such a high cost? This is what I want to ask Learnbay!

I would not recommend Learnbay because of several reasons: their instructors do not have that much experience, and, classes are not interactive because of the large number of students in the class, the reviews I found on the websites are deemed to be fake, and I also found the price difference in the course fee they are offering to the students, for the same course they are offering different prices to different students which did not look fair and genuine.
