In November, I bought a course from them that was meant to provide me access to live “Python Training Content” and an LMS. It came out that there was no content description, no organization, and nothing at all in the LMS. The videos could not be seen. I found out about this on November 22 and asked for a refund, which they promised to complete in 7 days. It never took place.
Their actions are dishonest, and the content does not match the description. They claim to have started the refund more than a month ago, but I have not received it.
I see some dumb people have created Google profile after another, then another and another to hide the old and worse experiences of the older students. Badla jitna purana utna badiya, this is the new platform that I have found to vent out what happened with me. Seeing that they are creating different profiles for better ratings, it better to leave the feedback on some different platform not managed by them. So I joined MindQ systems almost like 3 years back and at that particular time I was more inclined towards learning Appium instead of Selenium. For your information Appium is still used worldwide as it doesn’t need recompilation or any code change of your application and it makes jotting test easier for Android and IOS platforms. So, I enrolled for Appium but they forced me to join a new course of Selenium and Appium together, which they eventually did. They never given me classes for Appium as the classes for Selenium was going at pace. I raised my voice many time and asked them to cover the Appium, but they never talked about that, eventually I got to know that they had no other batches for Appium along with the trainer. So there was no way left for me to complete the Selenium course and leave as I had paid the fee at the beginning. Sadly I had to join another course to accomplish what I wanted to learn. So to sum up, they are fraud people they can sell anything even if they don’t have and they will compensate you with anything that they have. So be cautious while joining them.
MindQ Systems promises a lot but delivers very little in terms of quality and depth. The courses are often too theoretical with little practical application. Furthermore, the customer service is poor, with delayed responses to queries.
This institute no longer serves any purpose. The institute provides a completely useless third-grade service. This institute lost its prior reputation and value.
Please stay away from Mind Q Systems.
