I joined the Prince2 course through my company and I don’t find that qualitative and I don’t think that it will add any weight to my CV. The quality of the content was poor and it fails to develop an individual’s skills in understanding the whole.
In corporate training, if you ask questions they tend to reply in questions and ask you more questions from the topic to shut you down. When you talk to the Instructor that you are not understanding the concepts, the tutor calms you down and says I will help you with the answers once the test happens. They seem more interested in getting your signoffs that you have completed the coursework rather than training you properly on the subject.
It’s baffling how a company can thrive with such an ego-centric and non-employee-centric mindset. Asking a fresh graduate if they’ve implemented a full CI/CD pipeline or worked on specific technologies is not just unreasonable, it’s downright absurd. Are they oblivious or under the influence of some advanced form of idiocy?
This wake-up call is necessary. This isn’t a dream; it’s the harsh reality of the corporate world. My advice? Avoid these toxic companies at all costs. I can’t imagine the employees there are happy either.
