Three months ago, I canceled my membership because I was no longer attending their programs. I never got a confirmation of the cancellation. I got charged by this terrible, horrible organization for ANOTHER FULL YEAR today! After I called them within a minute of seeing this charge, they refused to give me my $169.00 back. They are robbers and have no compassion at all. I will never, ever suggest this business to others!
Like other users here, I’ve experienced the same experience. They never used their service, yet they charged my account for a full year nevertheless. They unannouncedly charged my account one day ahead of the scheduled date. Even though it was part of their “form” rejection of my request for a refund, they were unable to offer me the reminder they claimed to have sent or the precise day and hour it was delivered when I asked to see it. A moral business would give a refund in these situations.
Skillshare has a vast library of courses, but the quality varies significantly. Many courses are too short and lack depth, with some instructors not providing enough practical, hands-on experience. The course offers basic content only in notes and study material. There are barely any lab sessions. I am not satisfied with their web development course. Do not enroll here.
