The worst business ever. I ordered a book, but it has been a month and I haven’t received it. Customer service says sorry via emails but doesn’t answer calls.
Never order anything from Testbook—the customer service is the worst I’ve ever had, and I can’t even follow my order.
A Cautionary Experience with Testbook Online Coaching
I’d like to share my personal experience with Testbook’s UPSC online coaching plan to help others make an informed decision.
About a month ago, I purchased the plan on EMI after confirming with their agent—multiple times—that I could discontinue the service later if I wasn’t satisfied. They assured me that future payments would be stopped in such a case.
Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading.
Now that I’ve decided to discontinue, Testbook is refusing to cancel the plan. They’re insisting I pay the full amount. Despite reaching out through phone, email, and chat support several times, I’ve received no response. I’m not asking for a refund—just a cancellation of the remaining service and payments—but there’s been no help.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer support is disappointing. I’m sharing this so other students don’t fall into the same trap. Please be cautious before purchasing any service from Testbook.
