This company is running a dishonest scheme. I asked about a class and got bombarded with calls afterward. I was hesitant to sign up but Calvin Andrew convinced me to choose the flexible affirm option, promising I could cancel anytime before being billed. Now, despite trying for weeks, I can’t cancel. Customer service is unhelpful, often putting me on hold for ages or passing me around. When I emailed Rajwinder, she said I’d be charged a 30% service fee for cancellation, which I wasn’t told about. After some back-and-forth, she acted like we hadn’t spoken before. Avoid this unprofessional and scammy company.
Please read the whole review. The first person who called me was very rude. He didn’t introduce himself, and when I asked for a callback because I was busy, he bluntly refused. He kept asking if I knew English, which was offensive. When I complained about his behavior, he said I was wasting his time and hung up. Another person called later and was also rude. He interrupted me constantly and gave me only 24 hours to decide on a discounted offer. He even complained that I didn’t answer previous calls. It’s their job to contact me when I’m available, not the other way around. I don’t trust these reviews. If you have other options, please consider them and avoid THE KNOWLEDGE ACADEMY.
