Are Courses at Imarticus fake or good as they claim, is everything real or fake and scam.
There are many reviews over the internet about them, but I will provide you with the most genuine review on whether Is imarticus fake or not? ,because I was a part of their institution and I pursued their data science course. The courses they provide are below average, if you still go ahead with the course you tend to face a lot of problems when you are on the floor because your basics are not clear. Eventually, this will lead to a performance drop. On the other hand I would also like to highlight the other issue where I faced rude behavior from the management when I had a doubt regarding a topic for repeated times. Rather than resolving my issue they behaved in a very inappropriate manner. Not just this imarticus fake course on data analysis has also ruined my friend’s money and time. One thing is very common, imarticus fake promises will be highly prevalent throughout their courses.
If you just want to be introduced to the field then probably any online course in this field would be helpful and you may not need to spend money. On the other hand if you want a job and want to show projects in this area then also arguably you could access online courses for free from various platforms and push the project to your own benefit You may spend less money and/or do some free online courses with a friend to achieve the same result. It is a total scam and imarticus fake image will be exposed very soon!
The only additional service they provide you is the one-on-one mentoring sessions. If you are confident in getting the necessary help from the course forums and StackOverflow etc. The only advantage they offer is the guarantee for a job but it is more about the skills than the certificates.
If you can work on a cool project or two by applying what you have learnt from their courses and other similar sources, you are very much capable of landing yourself a job on your own. Taking their courses won’t make you an expert in this field neither will it guarantee job offers, so be wise enough and look for alternatives. Lastly, Not only for data science courses, beware of such imarticus fake courses where they do not have any consideration or respect for your time and money.
Imarticus is a private company registered under the Indian Companies Act 1956 and is a for-profit organization. At no point should it be considered under the purview of the University Grants Commission, AICTE, or any other similar body; all programs are proprietary and autonomous.
I was a student of data science. I will not recommend this Institute to any data science aspirant due to following reasons:
The syllabus design is inferior. The program focuses on teaching 4 to 5 tools instead of basics like statistics, data analysis & ML algorithms. You cannot crack any data science interview without these basics.
Course content is inferior like presentations & exercises are not up to the mark. It seems that someone with no background in data science has prepared those in a hurry. You can see the faculty only reading content from slides in online video lectures.
The course brochure mentions that Tableau will be covered in 10 hrs, Python will be covered in 35 hrs & so on. Most of the classes will be arranged on the weekends for 4 – 8 hrs at a stretch without giving enough time for practice. Most students are from non-technical backgrounds; it is difficult for them to catch up with such timelines.
There are no computer labs & students are asked to carry their laptops. They do not provide proper facilities.
A data science course without projects & case studies is useless; there will be no capstone project, no mentors to guide you, and no real-time industry project.
Imarticus has no data science experts to help & mentor students. Looking at profiles of their permanent faculty is also not very knowledgeable.
Many other good courses are longer in duration & more rigorous but will prepare you for data science jobs. Please don’t waste your money & time on Imarticus, as they are only interested in making money by making fools out of students & trainers.
Now talking about placements. The placements are worse. While joining the course, they will call many times a day. But when it comes to assistance, there will be no reply.
My personal story is I applied for almost 7 to 8 jobs but wasn’t getting any response from recruiters. Since It has been three months that I completed the course.
So I mailed the placement team of imarticus. The response was so delayed. And the available offers. You can get those exact offers quickly after graduation, so there is no need to join imarticus. If you want to do certification in Data Science, you can check courses with other institutes.
I don’t think they have any tie-ups with organizations. So, if you love your hard-earned money, think twice before joining Imarticus.
After graduation, I searched for an online data science course, and then I found Imarticus. I registered in the inquiry application and got a call from the counselor team a few days back. The meeting with the counselor was very long over the ring. They informed us about some famous highlights that this certificate recognized by IBM’s collaboration with such big firms. After selecting your selections, we are responsible for placing you. Then I decided to enroll. They promised me to give a basic to advanced understanding of data science with programming language also with practical learning. But the reality is entirely different – The lectures are so dull, and many times the lecturer appears to have clueless about what they are teaching; they are so confused while teaching us; if we ask any doubt, then they will ask us to wait till tomorrow then get returned on the lecture.
I’m Currently pursuing a data science course in Imarticus. I will suggest you don’t join Imarticus. My journey to Imarticus is worthless. They will show interest only when you are paying the course fees. Experiencing Imarticus is so pathetic. Even though they claim they provide a 100% job guarantee, this is not like they suggest job openings. You can apply on naukri.com also. They also ensure that they will return full, which is entirely fake. If they give my money back, even I will not think twice; I will leave the institute then and there.
Yes! They are totally fake. I had enrolled in Imarticus data science course and I have regretted my decision. The imarticus fake image is going to get exposed soon. If I talk about their content, It is too basic and you can easily find their content in youtube videos. I wonder! what are they charging for.
I still remember after submitting my assignment. Zero evaluation was done. Although they have numerous practice datasets, and so called assignments in LMS, none of them are ever evaluated. This is like writing a mock test without receiving any score at the end. What point is the assignment if we don’t know how well we did it?
I also felt lack of Administration support. There is almost zero support from any admin. If you want to complain about any aspect of the course, there is no one you can reach except the training coordinator who himself causes the mess up.
I have also talk to students from other batches. They have no data science experts to help & mentor students. All the imarticus fake promises will soon get exposed and if you are smart enough. Do not enroll for their courses and save money and time.
I want to share my personal experience with Imarticus Learning. I have been to many interviews everywhere, and I was asked for some experience or skill, which was a drawback for me. Well, I am writing an honest opinion about Imarticus. I am currently a learner of Imarticus and sharing only things that I have felt so far.
I was so reluctant earlier to join Imarticus as we know most of the big advertisements are hollow in nature, and imarticus fake side occurred in front of me After attending a few classes. And I feel dis-fortunate choosing Imarticus over any other institute. I have listed some of their characteristics below based on my experience so that you must be safe from imarticus fake claims.
Whenever I had difficulty during learning, the support team was not there to resolve them. After receiving my certification, I realized the certificate has no value in leading MNCs. I always had to worry about forgetting something as I could not easily revisit the lessons and refresh my memory. The career services team guided me through my interview process and helped me prepare a strong resume that doesn’t have a standard level. It was completely opposite of what I had expected from them.
I was a student of Imarticus and I had completed my data science course from there. I am upset with the imarticus fake agenda that they have promoted of providing placements because so far I have not yet received any placements.
I am going to share my review on their data science course and it is not worth the penny. Here are some of my observations.
The content that they provided was basic and some of them were out of the context of the syllabus and when enquiring about the Data Science course, I was assured that Imarticus has numerous industry partnerships and their placements are handled by experienced professionals.
I was also told that there will be tests intermittently where based on the performance I will be allowed to sit for positions once a particular module is done but apart from imarticus fake promises they do not have anything to offer.
They just want to sell courses and make money. Placement criteria is just for the sake, to lure people to join this course. And the course syllabus and content is something which you can easily get from books and the online stuff, nothing extraordinary ( hardly any real-life application case study).
They are very good at marketing to sell such courses in the name of placement. So, in my humble opinion Do not fall for such scams. These are just a medium to waste your time and money.

The experience has been bad. Extremely Worst institute, as Google suggests it’s not at all good; it’s the worst mistake I have made; I have experienced it already; I don’t recommend anyone to join this institution which has no value for the students or customers after paying the course fee.

2. Now, with improved management, what we have is bad teachers. No iim/IIT faculty teaches. It is their student’s teaching. Who are highly inexperienced in teaching. The instructor was knowledgeable but full of attitude; they didn’t know how to teach and tackle the students. I think they are not made for teaching, and the course materials should be well organized, and they should do proper planning so that everyone can easily understand course. They also claimed the labs and hands-on activities, but they don’t organize any real-life practicals.
Overall, I had a very bad experience with the course and would not recommend it to anyone looking to learn more about data science. Once your course is completed, as they promise they will not give any placement, they just fake smartly, be aware of this kind of half-baked imarticus institution; waste of time, money, and energy; beware all. Overall would not recommend it.

I have registered for Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management and Analytics, Batch 05, Online Mode, thru the co-ordinator named Ms. Sanajana Gulani, by paying the registration fees of Rs. 23, 600/- on 29/01/2023, but due to some financial reason, Timing Issue and on getting negative reviews about the Imarticus Learning Private Ltd. courses. I decided to pull back and informed, Ms. Sanjana Gulani, to cancel my registration and arrange to refund, but she advised me to contact their Team assistance, Ms. Nehal Joshi, which I did, but as of now there is no positive response from them. I have kept several e-mails to them, but either they are replying in negative or saying that someone will call me, but nothing is happening, unfortunately.
Please note that they have not mentioned any point w.r.t refund policy prior to admission and when I did registration, they sent invoice that amount is non-refundable, which I believe is the practice against the customer, isn’t it?
Whatever they promise, they are not delivering and fooling the people, once they received the money. When I got the e-mail regarding classes schedule, it is being randomly selected without considering the students and their working hours.
Please note that I have already informed them that I am from Howrah India, but at present I am working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, but they promised me to assist with any situation which they failed.
Please take this issue and kindly advise them to return my money. What I know that money is very valuable, and someone is not returning our hard-earned money while playing a trick, it hurts.
I hope that my plea will be escalated and will be resolved.
