Does Coursera IBM data science professional certification carry any value in industry?
It’s well worth the money to get the IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate. The IBM Data Analyst Certificate is well worth purchasing for its high-quality learning tools and interactive exercises on popular data analytics applications, all at a reasonable price. I am also an IBM certificate holder an all the things that I found interesting are mentioned below.
1. Peer-reviewed assignments will verify that you master all of the required abilities before moving on to the next level of the course!
2. Because learning data analytics takes discipline, these peer-reviewed assignments can help you achieve your goal of mastering Python or SQL.
3. Another important reason why this IBM certificate is beneficial to newbies is the exposure it provides.
4. Having a diverse range of data analytics abilities, in my experience as a data analyst, is critical!
5. Although the course information is extensive, having it broken down into weekly schedules for each subject makes it much more manageable!
For those students, this is an excellent certification course who are interested in pursuing a career in Data Science and Machine Learning. The IBM Data Science Professional Certificate isn’t designed to turn you into a data science expert. Instead, it aids those with little or no prior experience in establishing a foundation and establishing a career. Ana Echeverri, learning lead in IBM’s Data and AI Expert Labs, explains, “It targets folks without really a lot of prerequisites”. It’s intended to provide folks with the building blocks to begin working with data sources. Taking the courses and earning the certification may easily take at least 10 months of part-time study.
Is it worth it to get an IBM data science certificate? If this is a field you want or need to fill in, then yes. While the certification provides the foundations, it does not qualify you as a data science specialist. While the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate can assist in obtaining roles I will be completing this certification in November and am looking forward as how this certificate will help me land a job in this domain I will update again once I have completed the course.
