Mumbai-based film Institute, Shemaroo is going to start a Skill Centre at Bhubaneswar, informed Technical Education and skill Development Secretary Sanjay Kumar Singh here on Friday.
Speaking at an interaction period of Start-Ups and IT leaders at giving Kala Bhoomi, Singh stated the Skill Centre by Shemaroo will impart training courses to budding artists and film producers belonging to the State. “Tech Mahindra will put up a Centre of excellence at CET College for a critical machine learning programme,” he added. The session was organised by Odisha Skill Development Authority
Leading entrepreneur Ganesh Krishnan stated Odisha is the ideal spot for startups which can make a lot more employment opportunities and help increase State ‘s economy. Krishan and his business owner wife Meena Ganesh, the founders of Big Portea and Basket, interacted with startups and IT leaders on the State.

Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA) Chairman Subroto Bagchi advised entrepreneurs to get socially dedicated and responsible. “Profit is a cultural responsibility for an entrepreneur,” Bagchi believed.
MSME Secretary Hemant Sharma stated entrepreneurship won’t succeed with no skill development, skilled manpower and skill training.
