This agreement will create the Noida Sec 4 Centre as an Authorized Test Center with cutting-edge facilities.

ETS is a non-profit corporation registered in the United States that was created in 1947 by three other nonprofit educational institutions: the American Council on Education (ACE), the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, and the College Entrance Examination Board.
As part of the collaboration, ETS and VMC Study Abroad are opening a TOEFL and GRE testing center in Noida. This new VMC Test Center will bring the examinations closer to students, giving them the option of taking the TOEFL and GRE tests locally in the region.
This will make their testing experience more efficient and accessible. Furthermore, VMC Study Abroad will have access to the ETS India Registration Portal, making the registration process for these tests easier for students.
